TOTO Vietnam representative receives the title of Favorite Employer at the Most Favorite Employer Award Ceremony 2023
This is a non-profit survey program organized by CareerViet Solutions Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Amco Vietnam Market Research Company with the goal of honoring the efforts and excellent results of businesses with policies to attract and retain talent suitable for the labor market.
The Most Favorite Employer Survey 2023 – Employer of Choice 2023 was launched on November 28, 2023 and ended online voting on January 9, 2024, attracting more than 62,000 views, in all provinces and cities across the country and receiving more than 39,000 votes nationwide of different ages and occupations.
The survey results were announced at the Most Favorite Employer Awards Ceremony 2023 with the participation of more than 1,000 business representatives, recognizing outstanding businesses and employers with the most favorite recruitment brands in the labor and job seeker community in Vietnam.
2023 is a challenging year for the global economy, but with continuous efforts in production and business activities as well as ensuring a safe – secure – warm working environment for a collective of more than 4,000 employees, TVN is proud to be honored in 2 voting categories:
- TOP 1 Most Favorite Employers 2023 – Manufacturing Industry (Medium Enterprises)
- Top 20 Most Favorite Employers 2023 (Medium Enterprises)
These two titles are proud milestones for the determination to “leave no one behind” in the post-Covid-19 context, the determination to maintain stable production – business, stabilize jobs for thousands of workers and build a corporate culture of solidarity – love; so that TOTO Vietnam becomes the Top ideal and favorite workplace in Vietnam.
