MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1) Marketing Collaterals, Design and Production:

• Corporate with Design team (in house or outsource) for concept development and design of marketing collaterals and business development materials: catalogues, brochures, proposal templates, presentation, publications, flyers, standees, posters, sales tools, event POSM, etc.
• Manage the production process of the above-mentioned materials, including working closely with suppliers and managing the delivery to stores and showrooms.

2) Website database management:

• In charge as Website admin: prepare and update contents, layouts and related details (such as videos, images, articles, product details when needed) based on the schedule plan from company strategy and based on Sales programs (in house & outsourcing)
• Work with Website supplier & team to update and audit web to improve web performance

3) Organize, Implement and Manage agencies (in cooperation with team members) to execute:

• OOH channels: Advertising/communication campaign such as billboard/magazine advertisement, PR, etc…
• Exhibitions and promotion events.

4) Market survey & budget management:

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Monitor ongoing job spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and reporting to Manager

5) Other assigned job by Leader/Manager/Director.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Male or Female, under 27 years old.
• University Graduate with major in Marketing/Business/Economics/Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing
• English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 6 as minimum) especially Writing and Speaking.
• Graphic design skills (AI, Photoshop) is an advantage
• Organizational skills and Time Management Skills to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads.
• Ability to work in groups and independently in projects.
• Attention to Details
• Great passion for marketing & communication.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive & open mind and initiative action.
