HCM _ Office Administrator & Sales Support

TOTO Office, 1A Pham Ngoc Thach, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, HCMC

Job Description

  • Manage payment for office expenses
  • Manage branch’s working asset/materials/suppliers under coordination with Accounting, IT dept
  • Support on branch’s operation & documents
  • Cordinate with HR-GA dept. for recruitment, training & other human resource activities

About Sales support:

  • Work with distributors and relating dept. to handle orders, payment plan
  • Support sales team in arranging relating documents
  • Other tasks assigned by branch manager.

Job Requirement

***Requirements:

  • Female only, graduated from University/College Full-time or Part-time
  • Age under 30 years old
  • have 1 year experiences on office administrator and sales support
  • Have good English skill in writing and speaking

Other skills:

  • Computer office, communication
  • Good organizational & time management skills working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize workloads
  • Comfortable working independently and or in group
  • Strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit
