HA NOI BRANCH _ Sales Planning Executive

Job Description

  • – Data reporting & analysis:
    + Work on Sales data, Sales reports and make analysis for further strategies and action plans to increase sales
    + Review sales results of key products over period (monthly, quarterly, yearly…) with deep analysis to develop suitable product strategies for next action plan.
    – Forecasting: Prepare sales forecast for New products, Key product category, Key product items for regular sales and special sales programs.
    – Pricing: Understand internal/external factors related to pricing and propose for product pricing and positioning strategies for each product in the market. Work with team to prepare price lists.
    – Sales programs: Cooperate with related teams to design, plan and implement sales programs effectively (regular, periodical, special programs…)
    – Market research:
    + Involve in market research (market hearing, sensing, survey and competitor analysis) for deep understanding of market situation, thus propose suitable strategy/Marketing mix to promote key products.
    + Identify market needs and conduct necessary market survey for marketing purposes.
    + Identify changing customers’ needs, anticipate future issues for new product development.
    – Others: Other tasks related to Marketing as assigned by Leader/Manager/Director

 Job Requirements:

  • – Male/Female, graduated from University with major in Economics, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Marketing

    – Age from 24 to 29 year old.

    – Have at least 2 years of experiences in Marketing/Sales

    – Fluent in English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 6 as minimum)

    – Having knowledge of building material industry is an advantage

    Other skills:

    – Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
    – Good Excel skills
    – Organizational skills and Planning skills
    – Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive & open mind, initiative action, multi-tasking ability.
    – Ability to work independently and at the same time Good team spirit
    – Ability to go on business trips to provinces if requested.
