MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Overall digital marketing planning and implementation:

  • In charge of Planning and executing overall digital marketing activities, digital marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to achieve digital KPI
  • Manage budget and allocate budget usage effectively to digital marketing campaigns and social network activities to achieve KPI
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including different activities and material productions (KV, videos, etc.)
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Social Media & Social contents

  • Planning and coordinating a schedule of contents and activity across Facebook, YouTube and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
  • Manage and allocate budget effectively for advertisement on social channels
  • Monitor social media pages across the industry (Facebook, YouTube, other SNS channels) and evaluate performance and reference
  • Content: Design, writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines on Social Media channels. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of the company products and campaigns
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

Website performance & SEO & other digital contents

  • Collaborate with the team to monitor the company website; optimizing SEO; ensuring content is up to date; has a consistent tone of voice; user journey is clear and performance of content is measured against clear KPI’s.
  • Coordinating online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance; maintain our presence on third party sites, keeping all messaging current
  • Having SEO knowledge to follow up with the team
  • Develop other online channels to support the brand & sales such as Mobile and Email. Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates

Other communication tasks

  • Promote our products and services during events/exhibitions
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • Advertise our company and products/services on various media
  • Plan & Implement interviews and press conferences
  • Produce marketing copy for our website and Social network channels
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
  • Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Male/Female 24- 30 years old, University/ College graduated;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications;
  • Have proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development etc.
  • Have good presentation & communication skill by English
  • Knowledge in design software (photoshop, adobe illustrator)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
